+ HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Go to the pricing page for more information about pricing. There are also options for Coaches or Groups that want to purchase multiple subscriptions at once.

+ When my 14 day free trial expires, will I automatically get charged?

No, you won’t automatically get charged. You have to leave your credit card to subscribe. You can do so on the link on the top of the home screen of the app, or just follow the instructions when you try to log in after you trial has expired.

+ I TRIED TO VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL?

Sometimes emails get placed into the promotions or spam folders in your email provider. Look in those folders to see if you can find the email. If you cannot find the email, email us info@golfstatscoach.com and we'll assist you with this.

+ IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND I WANT TO CONTINUE ON IN THE FUTURE, WILL MY INFORMATION STILL BE AVAILABLE?

Yes, as long as you continue on with the same account, in other words, the same email address, your rounds will all be there when you pick things up again.

+ I PLAYED 9 HOLES BUT CAN'T FIND MY ROUND?

9 and 18 hole rounds are kept separate. Go to the filter section and select 9 holes. All your 9 hole rounds will then be available.

+ IF I GET A NEW PHONE OR SWITCH BETWEEN IPHONE AND ANDROID OR VICE VERSA, WILL I LOSE MY DATA?

We store all your data in the cloud, so you won't lose your data.

+ HOW CAN I LINK TO MY COACH?

You can add your Coach's email address under contacts in your profile inside the app and they will receive an email with link to view your stats after each round you enter. If you use www.golfcoachapp.com with your Coach and used the same email address when creating an account for both apps, your stats will sync through to your Coach after each round you enter.

+ HOW DO I EDIT OR DELETE A ROUND?

Go to the page where you can view your scorecard. Click on the pencil icon in the top right of the screen. You will see the options to edit or delete a round there.

+ WHAT are STROKES GAINED STATS?

Strokes Gained Golf Stats are simply your performance vs. a benchmark. Watch this video to get an understanding of what Strokes Gained Stats are.

+ WHAT ARE THE RED AND GREEN NUMBERS INSIDE THE APP?

These are Strokes Gained numbers vs. your chosen benchmark. Green + numbers indicate that you performed better than your benchmark and red - numbers indicate that you performed worse than your benchmark. The number next to the + or - sign, indicate how many shots you gained or lost vs. your benchmark.

+ HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION TO GOLF STATS COACH?

Send an email from the email address you used to create your account with Golf Stats Coach to info@golfstatscoach.comrequesting to cancel your account.

+ HOW DO I ENTER A NEW ROUND?

Click the green + sign on the bottom of the home screen to enter a new round. 

+ I DON'T SEE THE GREEN + SIGN TO ENTER A NEW ROUND?

You are logged into the view only version of the app. Log out of the app (top right of home screen) and log into the app again with your login details.
